The Christophe Mérieux Laboratory (CML) is overseen by the Executive Committee with guidance from the Scientific Committee, which include senior leaders and experts from both the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS) and the Fondation Mérieux.
The Laboratory is housed in a facility covering approximately 1,000 square meters, which includes biosafety level-2 laboratories (BSL-2) and access to a biosafety level-3 laboratory (BSL-3) through collaboration with the Institute of Pathogen Biology.
